Pune intr-un bol ambele tipuri de faina, drojdia faramata, zaharul, sarea, si 20 ml ulei de masline. Adauga treptat apa caldutza (250-300ml) amestecand usor, omogenizand, dar opreste-te cand ai obtinut un aluat cu o consistentza ferma, elastica, usor de modelat.

Framanta 5 minute apoi acopera bolul si lasa aluatul la loc cald pentru 30min.

Toaca ceapa marunt, sunca cubulete, da cascavalul pe razatoarea cu ochiuri mari, si scurge ciupercile (eu am pus fierte, feliate).

Imparte aluatul in patru.. Fiecare bucata intinde-o cu sucitorul dandu-i forma ovala. Unge jumatate din suprafata fiecarei bucati cu un amestec din ketchup, un catel de usturoi tocat marut, o lingura de ulei de masline, putin cimbru (prepara mai mult sos sa-ti ajunga pentru toate bucatile), apoi imparte umplutura in 4 si pune pe fiecare. Trece partea de aluat lasata goala pe deasupra, acoperind umplutura, preseaza usor cu degetele si ruleaza putin marginea. Unge cu ketchup.

Aseaza toate bucatile in tava in care ai pus hartie de copt si baga tava in cuptorul preincalzit. Coace pana se rumeneste frumos. Daca doresti, inainte cu 5 minute de a fi gata, pune pe fiecare putin parmezan.

Are calzone and pizza dough the same?

Yep! We used our favorite pizza dough to make the dough for calzone and the results are absolutely perfect! That makes it even easier to add calzones into your regular pizza night. You can also use a store-bought pizza dough for calzones on the fly!

Can you freeze calzones?

Yes! After assembling and cutting slits into your calzone, you can freeze it. No need to defrost, just add a couple minutes to your baking times. You can also freeze after baking your calzone. Let it cool after baking, then freeze. To reheat, pop it in a 500° oven and bake until center is bubbling through the slits, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Love pizza night, but want to switch it up? These air fryer calzones take all the fun toppings of pizza and secure them in a crisp, hand-held, delicious bundle. With the help of store-bought pizza dough (find it in the bakery section at the grocery store or ask your local pizza joint if they can sell you some), you can simply focus on the yummy fillings.

An air fryer's swift-moving air makes the outside of each pocket beautifully crisp, yet fluffy on the inside. No dry calzones here!

Pro tip: For best results, make sure you're not overfilling the calzones, and that the edges are crimped shut or they'll spring a leak.

Intr-un bol incapator, pune peste faina 25 gr de sare, 10 de zahar si amesteca bine.

Dizolva drojdia bine in apa calduta si toarn-o in castronul cu faiana. Amesteca bine si apoi framantam, timp de 7-8 minute. La final, unge aluatul cu ulei de masline si lasa-l 5-10 minute sa se odihneasca. Aluatul va trage cat ulei are nevoie.

Aluatul are nevoie de maturare, va putea fi folosit pentru pizza abia dupa 26 de ore. Aveti 2 optiuni: fie bagati aluatul direct la frigider cu o folie deasupra, dupa 24 de h il scoateti, il impartiti in 7 bucati si il lasati 2 ore la dospit intr-un loc cald si apoi faceti pizza. Fie il portionati direct, il lasati 2 ore sa creasca si apoi bagati fiecare palina intr-o punga si le bagati la frigider pentru 24 h. Apoi puteti intinde direct aluatul sa faceti pizza.

Astfel drojdia se activeaza in aluat si nu in stomac, pentru a nu provoca balonare. In orice pizzerie buna, aluatul se face cu o zi inainte.

Prepara sosul de rosii blendand rosii decojite, ulei de masline, sare dupa gust si cateva frunze de busuioc proaspat.

Intinde altuatul cu mainile. Poti folosi si un facalet. Aluatul de pizza calzone e mult mai subtire de aceea cantitatea de aluat ajunge pentru 7 pizza.

Pune in mijlocul aluatului 150 gr de mozzarella, 3 linguri de sos de rosii si 100 gr sunca de praga. Apuca aluatul din 3 parti egal distantate si ridica-l si uneste varfurile. Inchide fiecare latura. Unge cu putin sos de rosii.

Unge o tava de cuptor cu ulei de masline, pune pizza in tava si lasa-o la cuptor 7 minute la 220 grade.


Cum se prepară pizza de casă – mini pizza calzone

Prima dată ne ocupăm de aluat. Amestecăm făina cu sare și facem o gaură în mijloc. Acolo punem drojdia și aproximativ 250 ml de apă. Începem să frământăm, până aluatul devine neted, lucios și nelipicios. Dacă aluatul este încă lipicios, mai adăugăm făină și dacă este prea tare, crăpat, mai punem puțină apă. Apoi acoperim vasul în care am așezat aluatul și îl lăsăm deoparte pentru 30 de minute.

După cele 30 de minute, timp în care tăiem și pregătim ingredientele pe care dorim să le folosim, răsturnăm aluatul pe blat și îl modelăm în formă de sul. Apoi tăiem aluatul în bucăți aproximativ egale, de 3 degete grosime. Întindem pe rând fiecare bucată, rezultând câte un cerc subțire de aluat de pizza.

Luăm fiecare cerc în parte și îl umplem cu ingredientele deja pregătite. Le așezăm doar pe jumătate de cerc, iar apoi luăm partea rămasă liberă și o tragem peste ingrediente. Unim bine marginile, cu degetele. Eu le-am rulat spre interior, pentru a mă asigura că sunt bine lipite și nu voi avea surprize.

Le așezăm într-o tavă, pe hârtie de copt, iar apoi le punem în cuptorul deja încins la 200 de grade, funcția ventilator, până se rumenesc frumos. Dacă aveți un cuptor normal, le puneți la foc mediu.

După ce le scoatem din cuptor, le ungem cu unt topit. Acest pas este opțional, dar ajută aluatul să rămână moale, fraged. Să vă mai spun că și a doua zi le-am mâncat cu aceeași plăcere? Foarte bune au fost. Chiar trebuie să încercați și voi.


How to Make Calzones

Calzones are easy to make a home and a fun way to get the whole family involved. Just keep these simple steps in mind.

  • Start with your favorite pizza dough. Personally, I use this no knead pizza dough, which makes a perfect batch of dough for four to six calzones depending on how large you like your calzones. You will need 2 hours to make it and let it rise, but you can also make it up to 48 hours in advance and keep it in the fridge until you’re ready.
  • Fill the calzones the way you like them. I prefer a thin layer of marinara sauce and ricotta topped with sliced pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, but really any order will do.
  • Don’t fill the calzone all the way to the edge of the dough. You need room to seal the edges together.
  • To help the calzone seal, rub the edges of the calzone dough with a little water.
  • Crimp it closed with your fingers. (You can also use a fork to crimp the calzones, but I think fingers work better).
  • Once the calzones are sealed, brush them with egg wash and cut some slits in the each calzone to allow steam to escape as they bake.
